WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE FOR YOUR DOG
Dogs our much more comfortable with their own things, just like us! Their favourite toys, bed bowls, brushes and lead.
Their own food should be supplied sufficient for the length of stay, and let us know the treats they like or bring some as a starter.
It would be appreciated if information regarding all their boosters, worming and de-flea treatments be given to us. Also details of their insurance if they have any.
IF THE DOG IS UNWELL
Should your dog be taken ill, have an accident or injures himself, either he will be taken to his usual Vet if close enough or to our local Vet. Vets fees will be reimbursed by yourself on your return.
A phone number for emergencies needs to be given to us and a UK contact
also, should you be abroad.
IS THERE A MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?
We are happy to have dogs for as long or as short a time as required. Daily rates are charged for under 7 days.
There is a special rate for Creche Doggy Days.
Holidays of 7,14,21 days etc. are a charged at a special rate. Any extra days added at the start or end will be charged at the daily rate.
CANCELLATIONS
We hope there won't be any but these things do happen. There are a set scale of charges which apply in the event of a cancellation or early collection.
DO WE TAKE ANY DOGS
There will always be some dogs that could prove to be a problem, but on the whole most dogs will be welcome, provided the information given at the beginning is true.
The only absolute NO is for any dogs showing aggresive tendancies, this is whether they show signs at feeding times or towards humans, and instances that occur with other dogs. In elderly or infirm dogs if there is a serious incontinent problem we would discuss this with you. Medication is also not a problem. Puppies must be housetrained, and have had their innoculations. It must be made clear at the start if your dog has not been spayed or neutered.
We are happy to look after dogs whilst their owners are relocating abroad. A special rate would be negotiated at the time.
